Fitting, batteries, shipping, warranty. The questions we get asked most, answered straight.

Yes. We are based in Melbourne and professional installation can be arranged for your conversion kit. Drop the bike to us and our team will fit and test the whole system for you. Email f1ebikesvic@gmail.com to book a time or get a quote.

Our rear hub-motor kits fit most bikes with standard 135 to 142mm rear dropouts, and you choose a 26 inch, 27.5 inch or 29 inch wheel to match your frame. If you are unsure, email us a photo of your bike and we will confirm the fit.

It can be. Every kit page has a battery option in its configurator, so you can add a compatible lithium pack to your order and the kit arrives ready to ride. The 1500W and 2000W kits take a 52V pack, and the 3000W and 5000W kits take 72V.

The 6000W eBike Combo Kit is the exception: its 72V 30Ah battery is included in the price as standard, along with a protective battery bag. On every other kit the pack is priced separately, so if you already own a suitable battery just choose “No battery (kit only)” in the configurator. A battery bag is available separately, and adding one to a 72V battery order takes 20% off the bag.

Pick by how much power you want and how experienced you are. The 1500W kit is the entry option and the lightest load, good for lighter builds and easier installs. The 2000W kit is the mid-range pick that suits most riders. The 3000W kit runs 72V for strong acceleration. The 5000W kit is for experienced riders wanting maximum power, and it needs frame mods on most bikes. Still unsure, email f1ebikesvic@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram.

Shipping is free Australia-wide and typically takes 7 to 14 business days. International shipping is also free, to every destination we serve across North America, the UK, Ireland, New Zealand and the EU; international delivery times vary by destination. The one exception is lithium batteries, which are dangerous goods and carry a flat A$100 freight charge on any order containing one. You will get tracking as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse.

Every kit is covered by a 12-month warranty on the motor and controller against manufacturing defects. Wearing parts, crash damage and damage from over-volting are not covered. Keep your order number and we will sort out any claim.

Yes. Every conversion kit ships with a pair of torque arms to keep the axle locked safely in the dropouts, which matters most on the higher-power 72V kits.

Returns, refunds and faulty-product claims are handled under our refund policy. Review it before ordering, or email us if you need help with an existing order.
