Refund Policy
We aim to supply high-quality products and clear product information. Review these terms before ordering and contact us promptly if something is wrong.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection or buyer error, so please double-check compatibility, voltage, wheel size and delivery details before ordering. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty.
If an order was placed incorrectly, contact support@f1ebikes.com immediately. If it has not been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help adjust it.
Our 12-month warranty
In addition to your consumer guarantees, we warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. If a defect appears in that period, we will repair or replace the product, or refund it, at no cost to you.
What our 12-month warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and consumable parts.
- Crash, impact, misuse or neglect.
- Incorrect installation, incompatible components or modified wiring.
- Water ingress from unsealed or damaged connections.
- Damage caused by over-volting, excessive current or operation outside the product specification.
These exclusions apply to our voluntary warranty only. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Making a claim
Email support@f1ebikes.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will respond within 5 business days and tell you the next step.
- Return freight: if the product is faulty, we pay the cost of returning it. We will arrange or reimburse the freight, so you are not out of pocket to make a valid claim.
- Batteries: lithium batteries are dangerous goods and cannot be sent by ordinary post or air. Do not ship a battery back to us on your own. Contact us first and we will arrange compliant road freight.
- Safety: stop using any component that appears unsafe, and do not charge a battery that is swollen, damaged, hissing or unusually hot.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your claim, you can contact the ACCC or your state or territory consumer protection agency.
