DNIS V6 6 Piston Rear Brakes

The DNIS V6 is a six-piston hydraulic brake for the rear wheel, supplied with a 170cm hose. It arrives pre-bled and ready to fit, so there is no bleed kit, no fluid and no chasing air out of the line before you can ride.

This is a rear brake only, not a front and rear set. The 170cm hose is long on purpose: a conversion build routes the line further than a standard bicycle does, and a hose that comes up short is the thing that stops a brake install dead. The six pistons spread clamping force across more pad area than a two-piston caliper manages, which is why this style of brake turns up on heavier, faster builds.

It suits conversion kits in particular. Adding power to a bike is the easy half, and matching the brake to it is the half that usually gets left until last.
