The 52V lithium pack powers the 1500W and 2000W F1 conversion kits. High-discharge cells and a smart BMS deliver clean, protected current on demand.

Battery safety: read before you charge

This is a large high-energy lithium-ion pack. Treated carelessly, lithium batteries can overheat, catch fire and reignite. Fires of this kind are fast, very hot and hard to put out.

• Charge only with the supplied charger. A mismatched charger is one of the most common causes of lithium fires.
• Never leave the pack charging unattended, and never charge it overnight or while you are asleep.
• Charge and store away from exits. Do not charge in a hallway, doorway or stairwell. A fire there can block your way out.
• Charge on a hard, non-flammable surface, away from bedding, furniture and anything that burns. Keep a working smoke alarm nearby.
• Do not charge or use a pack that is swollen, dented, punctured, hissing, unusually hot or smells odd. Move it outside, away from anything flammable, and contact us.
• Never submerge the pack, and do not use it if water has entered the case or connectors.
• Store between roughly 20% and 80% charge in a cool, dry place. Do not store below 0°C or above 45°C.
• Do not modify, open or repair the pack, and do not attempt to bypass the BMS.
• Do not put it in household rubbish or kerbside recycling. Damaged and end-of-life lithium batteries must go to a dedicated battery recycling drop-off (for example a B-cycle collection point).

If a pack starts smoking or venting, do not try to fight it. Get away from it, get everyone out and call 000.

How this ships

Lithium batteries of this size are classified as dangerous goods (UN3480, Class 9). They cannot travel by air and must move as road freight with a carrier licensed to carry them.

• Road freight only. Delivery times are longer than for our other products, and some remote areas may not be serviceable. We will contact you before charging if we cannot deliver to your address.
• Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept the delivery.
• Inspect the pack on arrival. If the carton is crushed or the pack is damaged, do not charge it. Photograph it and contact us straight away.

Warranty

Every battery is covered by a 12-month warranty on the cells and BMS against manufacturing defects. Damage from water ingress on unsealed connectors, physical impact, incorrect charging or use with an incompatible charger is not covered. Keep your order number and we will sort it out.
