40A Dual-Mode Controller

Sinewave vs Squarewave

• Sinewave. Feeds the motor a smooth, rounded power wave. Near-silent running, gentler pull-away, finer low-speed control and a cooler motor. The pick for street riding and commuting, and what F1 kits ship with.
• Squarewave. Delivers power in blunt on-off steps. Slightly rawer throttle response with a touch more punch off the line, but louder, with an audible motor whine. Simple and robust, suits off-road builds where noise does not matter.
